We can take the ideal example of continuous improvement of service from our client – Ameria Bank in Armenia. Aneta has already conducted two training sessions with the team, during which she prepared a management team on how to be involving mentors, motivating to provide excellent service. She also conducted a training session for all line employees, who in total were about 800 people.
We have plans for future training, and we look forward to continuous cooperation.
