As part of the forum, Aneta Korobkina conducted a master class on her, as she herself assures us, favorite topic on service excellence.
More than 80 hoteliers and restaurateurs attended the master-class by Aneta, where, during 4 hours, she told how to build a service culture in the company step by step.
In addition to the lecture, the participants at the seminar worked out new knowledge, doing practical tasks, the results of which were immediately discussed by all participants.
