Before the opening of the 2019 golf season, Aneta Korobkina conducted training for the club staff who are responsible for direct communication.
Given the level of customers who visit the club, they expect the service at the highest level. Therefore, the coach and staff faced a difficult task to improve their skills and competencies. Under the guidance of Aneta, during the training the team coped well with the tasks, improving their skills through various teaching methods, including: reflections, self-analyzing, exchange of experience.
