In April 2019, Aneta Korobkina conducted a two-day training for the team at the private bakery “Hleb Nasushny”. The employees faced a difficult task: to define the mission, vision and value of the company again.
Over the past few years, a private bakery has become a network, so with the growth of the company, employees understand that the principles that have been working several years ago are not applicable now.
Therefore, together with Aneta, the team of department heads did an amazing job defining the future of the company and its strategy.
